This website and sign-in

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and receives connection information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. Your colour-theme preference is stored in your browser.

Clerk provides account sign-in. It processes your email address, account identifier, sign-in provider information and session/security information. Essential cookies, including __session, __client and __client_uat, maintain and verify your sign-in. Our session token includes your email address so the account service can identify your subscription. Signing out ends your browser session; blocking essential authentication cookies can prevent sign-in.

See Clerk’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Third-party authentication scripts and security checks load when account pages are used.

Contacting us

Contact [email protected]. An email link opens your own email application; this website does not send the message. We use the information you send to answer your request and resolve the issue. If you request a trial-release notification, we use your email address to send that notification. You can ask us to cancel the request at any time. Do not include passwords, payment details or client material unless needed and you have permission.

Photos, trial and paid accounts

Your photos and material processing stay on your PC. Matelume runs locally on your PC. The five-day trial requires an account and internet connection. Trial, paid and reviewer access require an online account and licence checks, separate from local photo processing.

The account service stores identity, subscription and linked-PC information to manage access, trials and complimentary grants. We use it to provide the service, prevent misuse and answer support requests. Contact [email protected] to request account deletion. Information needed for legal obligations or payment records may need to be retained.

Payments

Checkout is not open yet. When available, Paddle will process purchases as merchant of record and reseller, under its privacy policy. Matelume will not receive your full card details.

Your questions and rights

Contact [email protected] to ask about personal information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable data-protection rights remain in place. External links take you to services with their own privacy policies.
