Include your Matelume and Windows versions, the action you tried and the exact error. Share only material you have permission to share. Remove client information and unrelated file paths. Never send passwords, authentication codes, keys or card details.

Billing and refunds

For purchases through Paddle, use the management link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support. Read the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund information. Paid checkout is opening in a few days.

Trial and accounts

Every new account receives a five-day trial, starting when the first PC is linked. All Matelume access requires an account and an ongoing internet connection. If you need help with a paid account or lost PC, contact support; never share your password.
